You can visit my website without providing any personal information. Each time you access the site, the web server automatically processes so-called server log files. These may include, for example, your IP address, date and time of access, the page/file accessed, the amount of data transferred, browser type, operating system, and referrer URL.
PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS
Processing is carried out for the technical provision, security, and stability of the website as well as for error analysis (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
HOSTING VIA WIX
This website is provided via Wix.com Ltd. In this context, the access data listed above, as well as data you submit via forms, may be processed by Wix as a technical service provider. Wix may process personal data on my behalf as a data processor for the technical provision/hosting of the website. Wix may also process data outside the EU/EEA. Where required, data transfers are based on appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
2. CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION
If you contact me (e.g. via the contact form or by email), I process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, message and any other voluntary information) in order to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you.
PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS
Handling your inquiry / communication (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual inquiries or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general inquiries)
STORAGE PERIOD
I delete inquiries once they have been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply. If this results in a contract/purchase, data may be stored longer to the extent necessary for contract performance and due to legal obligations (e.g. accounting/tax law) (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
2.2 CONTRACT PERFORMANCE (PURCHASE, SHIPPING, INVOICING)
If a purchase contract is concluded following an inquiry, I process the data required for this purpose (e.g. name, billing and shipping address, communication data) to perform the contract, arrange delivery and issue invoices. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract/pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal retention obligations).
For shipping, I share the necessary data with the commissioned shipping service provider.
3. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
My website may use technically necessary cookies and similar technologies that are required for operation, security and basic functions (e.g. site functionality, security mechanisms, session management).
PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS
Technically necessary cookies/technologies are used on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functional website) and—where applicable—under the requirements of Section 25(2) TDDDG.
If non-essential cookies/tools are used in the future, this will—where required—only take place with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25(1) TDDDG), e.g. via a consent/cookie banner.
4. WEB ANALYTICS AND TRACKING
I do not use any additional tracking and no marketing or analytics tools (e.g. TWIPLA, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) that create visitor profiles or are used for advertising.
If I use analytics or marketing tools in the future, this will—where required—only take place after your consent (e.g. via a consent/cookie banner).

My website contains links to my profiles on social media providers (e.g., Instagram, TikTok). These are simple links only. Data processing by the respective platform begins only when you click a link and are redirected to that platform. The privacy policies of the respective provider apply there.
5.2 SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE
If you visit my social media profiles, data processing is generally carried out by the respective platform operator. Information about the scope, purposes, and your settings options can be found in the privacy notices of the respective providers.
